Our corporate and commercial practice includes negotiations, review, and drafting of contracts and agreements; due diligence; establishment, organization and registration of business entities; performing corporate secretary functions such as facilitating the transfer of shares, preparing documents and compliance relative to corporate acts like Annual and Special Meetings of the stockholders and Board of Directors; and compliance with regulatory requirements of government agencies such as the Securities and Exchange Commission, Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas, Bureau of Internal Revenue, Bureau of Customs, and the Intellectual Property Office. We also provide services for special projects such as mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures.

Our litigation practice includes representing clients in all stages of civil and criminal proceedings before the trial courts, the Court of Appeals, and the Supreme Court; administrative and quasi-judicial proceedings before the Department of Justice, Department of Labor, National Labor Relations Commission, Bureau of Internal Revenue, Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas and other similar bodies; and in arbitration proceedings before the Construction Industry Arbitration Commission.
